Delivery Policy – CCA Group
Delivery Area
We mainly deliver to department 06 (Alpes-Maritimes, France). For other regions, delivery is available upon a personalized quote.
Delivery Costs
- Within department 06:
- Orders over €200 – free delivery
- Orders under €200 – delivery cost €20
- Other regions – delivery costs are calculated individually.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise indicated during the order process, in-stock products are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment validation.
Delivery Terms
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. The customer must check the condition of the packages upon receipt and report any anomalies (damaged, missing products, etc.) to the carrier, then to CCA Group within 48 hours.
