Return procedure:

Return conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Original packaging intact and undamaged
• All accessories and documents included
• Labels and protective films not removed

Return shipping costs:
Return costs are at your expense, except in the event of our error or a defective item. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Refund:
We will issue the refund using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, within 14 days from the date we were informed of your decision to withdraw.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
• Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
