DISTAR Colibri – Ultra-thin diamond blade for tiles and porcelain stoneware – Ø 76 × 0.8 mm

The DISTAR Colibri Ø 76 mm is a compact and ultra-thin diamond blade designed for delicate and high-precision cutting in tiles, ceramics, and porcelain stoneware.

Its small diameter of 76 mm makes it particularly practical for complex jobs and areas where classic 115 or 125 mm blades are too bulky.

Thanks to its continuous diamond layer of only 0.8 mm, the Colibri allows for an extremely thin cutting line. After finishing the edges, DISTAR indicates a final cutting width of approximately 1.0 mm.

It is particularly suitable for tasks such as:

• cut-outs for flush plates;
• access panels;
• niches and small decorative elements;
• precise cuts with pattern continuity;
• fine adjustments in porcelain stoneware.

The ultra-thin body of the blade, approximately 0.5 mm, combined with additional flanges, allows it to maintain a stable cutting trajectory despite its thinness.

The DISTAR Colibri can be used with corded or cordless angle grinders compatible with Ø76 mm blades and a 10 mm bore.

The blade operates dry, without water cooling.

It is not primarily intended for long cuts of large format tiles, but rather for fine, complex, and precision work.
