The DISTAR Gres Master Ø 230 mm is a professional diamond blade specially designed for the fast cutting of thick porcelain stoneware, particularly 20 mm patio slabs used for outdoor layouts, terraces, balconies, and house surroundings.
Its thin 1.6 mm diamond layer, combined with Microturbo segmentation, effectively penetrates particularly hard materials while ensuring good cooling of the cutting area.
The Gres Master stands out primarily for its very high cutting speed. DISTAR positions it as one of the fastest blades in its range for porcelain stoneware. Despite this high productivity, it maintains good edge quality with very few chips.
The 230 mm diameter is particularly suitable for thick materials and long cuts made on-site with a large capacity angle grinder.
The blade also allows for 45° miter cuts.
It operates dry, without water cooling, on a Ø230 mm angle grinder equipped with a compatible 22.23 mm bore.
