DISTAR CordSET – Diamond wire radius cutting kit for porcelain stoneware

Cutting radii or 90° angles in porcelain stoneware is a complex task that requires expertise - the DISTAR CordSET kit makes these cuts easier to perform, right from the first attempt.

The cutting is performed with a high-quality 0.5 mm thick diamond wire. The cutting direction is set by a hardened steel template, held in place by specially designed clips and shims. The kit includes a high-absorption sponge for water cooling.

Wire service life is up to 6 times longer than other wires on the market, with a cutting speed up to 50% faster. A 12 mm radius can be cut in just 4 minutes.
