The DISTAR MasterGRIND Ø 115 mm is a professional 2-in-1 diamond blade, designed for both cutting and grinding tiles, ceramic, and porcelain stoneware.
Its diamond-coated area, obtained by vacuum brazing, extends over 30 mm and allows for efficient edge work after cutting. The high-quality diamonds contribute to a clean grind while limiting chipping.
The specific geometry of the blade body prevents contact between the clamping flange and the material, allowing stable operation at both 90° and 45°.
For dry use, DISTAR recommends a working speed of approximately 12,000 rpm. The MasterGRIND can also be used with water cooling, especially with a suitable cordless grinder, to improve processing quality and speed.
This makes it a particularly practical solution for tilers who want to cut, trim, chamfer, and rectify edges with a single tool.
