DISTAR - Diamond drill bit DDR-V 06-68x30xM14 Keramik Pro

The DISTAR Keramik Pro diamond drill bit is designed for fast and precise drilling of tiles, ceramics, and porcelain stoneware, including particularly hard and resistant materials.

Thanks to its vacuum-brazed diamond technology and high-strength diamonds, it offers excellent cutting ability and allows for clean and efficient drilling in ceramic materials.

The Keramik Pro is used dry, without water cooling, with an angle grinder equipped with an M14 thread. For best performance, DISTAR recommends a rotation speed between 8,000 and 11,000 rpm.

When drilling, it is recommended to make slight oscillating movements without applying excessive pressure on the drill bit. As an indication, DISTAR states an average time of approximately 7 seconds to drill through 10 mm thick porcelain stoneware, depending on the hardness of the material.
