DISTAR Edge Dry – Diamond blade for 45° tile and porcelain stoneware cutting – Ø 115 / 125 mm
The DISTAR Edge Dry is a professional diamond blade specially designed for making precise 45° cuts (miter cuts) in tile, ceramic, and porcelain stoneware.
Its wide 25 mm double-sided diamond layer strengthens the blade body and provides excellent rigidity during work. The specific honeycomb structure of the diamond layer ensures smooth, stable, and highly productive cutting.
The large working surface creates a support effect that helps keep the blade on a straight trajectory, which is particularly important when making 45° angles.
The DISTAR Edge Dry also allows you to rectify and grind the edge of the tile directly after cutting, making it a particularly practical tool for achieving clean finishes, bevels, and 45° joints.
The blade operates dry, without water cooling, with an angle grinder.
For cutting porcelain stoneware, especially when working at 45°, DISTAR recommends using a grinder with a power of at least 1.2 kW to ensure more stable and productive work.
