DISTAR Hard Ceramics 100 – Diamond grinding wheel for ceramics and porcelain stoneware – Ø 100 mm – M14

The DISTAR Hard Ceramics 100 Ø 100 mm is a professional diamond grinding wheel designed for dry fine grinding of tiles, ceramics, and porcelain stoneware.

It is particularly suitable for rectifying and finishing edges at 90° and 45°, especially after cutting tiles.

The special geometry of the diamond layer ensures smooth, fast, and controlled grinding, while its thin steel body improves working comfort and facilitates tool guidance.

This grit №100 version is intended for fine finishing work and preparing the edge before polishing. For more significant material removal, the Hard Ceramics range also includes grit №60, for coarser grinding.

Thanks to its M14 thread, the grinding wheel mounts directly onto an angle grinder. It is designed to work dry, without water cooling, with a Ø125 mm grinder rotating at around 11,000 rpm.
